NRI REIC - We are a medium through which the property owners can show their properties to NRIs. Property owners who want to sell their property posts their property in this online database (nrireic.com) and the documents are verified by our team of specialists and only if found to be in line with the law of the land, to the best of the knowledge and experience of our specialists team, are only displayed in this portal. This helps NRIs to avoid wrong approaches in their real estate property investments.

Who is this for ?

This database is ONLY FOR NRIs, who are living in other countries other than in India, who want to purchase/invest in real estate in India.

What do we do for NRIs ?

We encourage property owners to post their property in this site. The posted properties are verified by our legal experts, in terms of documentation, and if they are found to be in line with the law of the land, to the best of the knowledge and experience of our legal experts, such properties are allowed to be visible to our NRI community members at no charge for the verification of the documents posted by the Property Owners.

Our team of specialist (Lawyers and Retired Judges; Retired Revenue Officials like District Collectors and Megistrates, Joint Collectors, Sub Collectors; Retired Municipal Officials and other such local government boides officials; Retired Government Surveyors) work on each of the properties that is posted in this database and if and only if, the property documents are found to be in line with the law of the land, and to the best of the knowledge and experience of our specialists, only would be showed to our NRI community members at free of charge. Therefore, this is a good source of verified and filtered properties online database for NRIs.

All our services put together would give the highest degree of genunity in terms of purchasing/investing in the Real Estate in India and helps NRIs from wrongful approaches in purchasing/investing in the Real Estate investments.

We charge no subscription fee from our members (NRIs) – Only NRIs. Our Specialists verify the documents of the property and show the documents to our members (Only NRIs) at free of cost.
